A Colorado resident since 1976, Delcia's interest in glass art began at an early age with important influences coming from the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany and Frank Lloyd Wright. Integration of glass as a major design element in architecture became increasingly clear, to Delcia, as designing stained glass windows and lamps in the 80's evolved into her magically alluring interior glass mosaics.

Professionally, Delcia has designed and marketed her art for several years in the majestic mountains of Estes Park. At the end of the 2004, Delcia Litt d.b.a. Mountain Top Stained Glass moved south to the equally beautiful Park County, in South Park, Colorado. In harmony within this tranquil setting of the Rocky Mountains, Delcia continues to design and create with passion and purpose.

Delcia's education and experience with interior decorating and fashion merchandising contributes to her awareness of how artwork can and should make a statement in the decorating process. Often times her artwork becomes a focal point as this enhancement transforms the room.

As an award-winning artist Delcia is a member in good standing with the Glass Artist Fellowship, the Society of American Mosaic Artists, and the Glass Art Society.
